Xtek Precision Maintenance has 30,000 square feet under roof at our 8.5-acre property in Paducah, KY to provide service and repair capabilities for our customers. While most of the field service we provide is supported by on-site teams, we also have parts shipped directly to our facility for service and repair. Many times, some of the people that worked in your facility to tear out a piece of equipment, will be the same ones to work with it in our shop. This brings another level of application awareness to the service and repair process.
Our facilities specialize in the tear down and rebuild of gear boxes, trunnions, screw jacks, hydraulic cylinders, rock crushers and many other items that need immediate and accurate repair and or rebuild. Recent accomplishments have been the repairs of industrial u-joints up to 1,000 millimeters in size and the manufacture and repair of HIRTH type serrations. We are outfitted with a shot blast wheelabrator, Cuda degreaser, overhead cranes, and all the tools and equipment necessary to get the job out right and on time.
