Safety is a core value of our company and as such, we encourage our employees to be more engaged in safety, make it a higher priority and take personal responsibility for being safe, both in our shop and in the field.
Our Xtek Precision Maintenance Safety Team and Xtek’s corporate EHS Administrator, have established safety guidelines and a training program for all company employees. Each of our team members are fully expected to follow the rules, regulations, policies and practices set down by our company, and also those required by our customer facilities. We require that our service technicians work in pairs and have all of the appropriate personal protective equipment required for the job.
